Absolutely not. My nutrition advice is based on educating you to make the right choices for your body! There’s no ‘carb-free’ diet or ‘fat-free’ plan here! Just great food and great support that allows you to live your life and feel amazing doing it!

If you have an injury, workouts are provided to take it into account – you can definitely still get results! For more complex health conditions, please ask your doctor.

Yes! As a personal trainer and nutrition qualified trainer, I’m used to working with people with all sorts of contraindications. With over 100 recipes to choose from, there’s something for literally everyone.

I have been a personal trainer for many years. My focus has always been helping women to look and feel good, in a sustainable way. Trust me, I’ve done every diet under the sun and damaged my own body in so many ways – I’m determined to make sure no more women put themselves through hell for a body that doesn’t last past the end of the diet.
